What type of clothing do you offer?
We design dresses, taking reference from classic and also modern silhouettes into our designs, Pieces suited to current trends without sacrificing quality or detail.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date they leave our warehouse (Monday to Saturday). Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all Ireland and UK orders, with no minimum spend or hidden charges.
Where do you currently ship?
At present, Ellarose-london delivers exclusively within Ireland and the United Kingdom. We plan to expand internationally as the brand grows.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Please check your tracking information first. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@ellarose-london.com and we’ll investigate promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if it doesn’t suit me?

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
